Glad to hear you had a successful time on the water, the boat sure looks sharp

That's not bad speed for a 50hp on that boat, if you adjust the idle down you might get it slow enough to troll for salmon, around 2.5mph.

Best option would be a 3-5hp kicker for trolling probably.

A bit of bad gas, and a bad battery. After I got a new battery, it took a while to start but it finally did. Probably pretty gummed up a bit. It ran rough for the first bit then cleaned up.
