I'm having trouble lifting the front end of my Lund when at higher speeds. I've tried a hydrofoil attachment still the front wont lift. Is there any way I could buy a motor mount extension for my boat. Feels like the fron is too heavy. I have a 115HP Yamaha, 2 stroke on there. Or is there something wrong with the boat.

If you are going for bow lift, you won't get it with a hydrofoil. A hydrofoil will raise the stern, making your condition worse. Have you really experimented with the trim of the motor? How is your weight distribution? Do you have heavy items forward like fuel cell, batteries, that sort of thing? A prop change can fix it, one of the prop guys here could probably talk about a prop that can help, but I would look at your setup first. It is possible that the boat is fine but you have an expectation that isn't correct. If the boat is running on the last 1/3rd of the hull at WOT and you are turning the proper RPMs for your motor then you are probably okay. Good luck...

I cound not agree with Jason more. If you are not getting the RPMS and speed, take a look at the bottom of the hull near the rear / transom. make sure there is no dents, or hooks in the hull. They can cause lift as well.

Actually there are some good sized dents. How would you recomend to smoothing out the bottom? Bang her away?
