I called my dealer Tony Key at Perth Marine in Troutman, NC and told him that one of my seats in my 2008 Lund I bought new from him 3 and 1/2 years ago had a broken hinge and would not fold up or down properly. It was one of the hard bottom hidden hinge models. Believe it or not within an hour or so he had emailed Lund and had a response that my warranty had run out but they have had some issues with these type seats and they were going to replace it at no charge
. I think this kind of customer service is not very common place in this world and I definitely think it needs to be told. Kudos to Lund and Perth Marine. When you are thinking of a new Lund (or used) give Tony a call. You can't beat the service from him and Lund in my opinion!
