Re: Lund bimini tops.

It was interesting reading this thread. My bimini top came with the boat and came attached to the sport trak. It was raised a quarter of the way up when I went to pick up the boat and I did not want to trailer it 90 miles like that so I attempted to fold it down. It layed on top of the motor. When I pull the traks as far forward as they can go, it will lay in front of the motor but when you raise the motor, it starts to squish the bimini. It is also directly in the way of my bench seating that I have to fold forward in order to get to the casting platform. I ended up disconnecting the whole thing to trailer the boat home. I already think the bimini is going to be more trouble than it's worth. I had a lund years ago and never used the top on it so think that this one is coming off and is going to hang out in my shed.
