Magellan 320 lost all data

Hi I have a magellan 320 gps, a friend of mine tried to download data off the internet but I seem to have lost everything, I switch the unit on and it powers up, ie first it is like small black squares, then it turns to horzontal blue lines scrolling very fast to the right that is all I can get, to turn it off I have to press the following buttons at the same time, light, mark, nav, pwr and goto I have been trying for a long time to get someone who knows, I have taken a photo and it has come out very good, hope you can help thanks alot Garry.

It sounds lke you tried to update the firmware ? to a newer verison<br /><br /><br />I thing your best bet at this point would be to get the correct file from there web page and try to re-update the unit<br /><br /><br />There is also a combo of buttons that will reset the unit but you need to get that from your manual<br /><br /><br />tommays
