I took my wife and kids out in the boat today for our maiden voyage.
All in all the boat ran great. I did notice once or twice when i hit the throttle real hard from a stop, it was almost like the prop was spinning but I had no real forward movement. I let off and hit is again and it was fine. It only did it twice out of a few dozen hard starts.
Is this normal?
The other question I have is this.
When I started off, I trimmed the motor all the way down. When I get going should I trim it down further to force the prop further under water to stop the prop spin out mentioned above?
