25 hp 83 johnson new plugs good compression new fuel so far so good starts everytime idle fair to good shift into gear bogs right down my 1st mate has to run throttle by hand I start and steer he accelerates goes like a screaming eagle but controls up front don't jive with motor primer bulb squeeze ,loads up ,runs good 1-2 minutes then bogs down again until my mate does his thing at the carb if he maintains manually could probably go all day is it fuel pump carb or both what does lync/sync mean how and what does it do ?? 83 25 hp electric start j25elctd red skies
