Making my 150 hp a 175 hp

Okay so I read that the 175hp black max has the same displacement as my 150hp black max (2.0L). How do they get an extra 25 horses from it??? Different carb jet sizes came to mind, what else???

200 exhaust divider,200 tuner and 175 carbs (Wh-7)

what is a 200 tuner??? & the exhaust divider does that go in the powerhead or in the midsection??

Tuner is on the exhaust plate under powerhead and divider is between heads under where the coils mount..
