thanks again kinda caught up in reading about it they are real serious about it here NO physical contact with the outside word for 10days I had to provide a list of all contact I have had for 7 days so they can inform everyone they told me that the chances are so remote but I cant help but sit here and watch my wife and kids hoping they dont get a caught fever etc... its like sitting on pins and needles

Miloman,
I will pray for ya'll. I was wondering, what about food and other provisions since you cann't leave the home for 10 days? Will the folks up there bring ya stuff and leave outside or what? I am not trying to rev you up or anything but was just wondering how I would do in your situation. Keep your spirits up! :p

Sorry to hear the bad news Milo, I would think being quarentined is bad, but to think if you had SARS, then that would really suck. Not a very good thing to pass on to friends and relatives.

I know it stinks to go through the quarentine, but at least steps are being taken to get it under control. In some countries, they could care less on taking care of its people.

Hang in there, your stay is half way over......SS

I have no real problem with the quarentine and I agree that to stop the spread it should be done the only real issue I have is watching my small kids real close to make sure that they dont develop any symptoms heck with the wife and I its the kids but on the bright side as lond as I dont get sick I'll have a few days to finish honey do lists then there will be no excuse fro my constant fishing excersions

Re: man this stinks

Back in the late 30's early 40's when I was a tad, and the doctors came too the house (if there was a Cadillac, or Buick in front of someones house, you knew someone was sick) examined you, and gave you the medicine you needed, all for $3.00 to $5.00, they quaranteed you for all of the childhood deseases. If someone in the house had measles, mumps, chicken pox, or whatever the shades were all pullled, the house kept dark, and a quarentine sign went up on the front door. No one could leave the house except dad to go to work (women did not work outside of the house then) and no one but the doctor could come in. :D :D :D
