i have a 1999 johnson 50hp that hit the ramp while backing down the ramp the other day. No hard it just bumped it. Its now bleeding down. I lifted the motor and loosened and then tightened the manuel release valve and it stoped bleeding until i started tirmming the motor up again. What are the odds that it could have messed up the manual release valve. Can they be damaged or are they less likly to be damaged by this. thanks
