Manual tilt unit?

Is there such a thing as a retro fit manual tilt assist?? I know CMC do a powered unit. gas assist has gone on 50hp outboard...

the mercury 30-60HP manual tilt units use an anchor bracket that can be readily adapted to fit almost any small engine. Under 30HP you could just bolt it to transom. Over 30hp you should use a metal plate to lock the relative position of anchor bracket to engine brackets and take the stress off boat transom. Used manual tilts for $50 are fairly common on ebay. Sometime bracket is included but usually not. Probably budget $100-150 total with shipping and mounting hardware.

Thanks for the reply... that may be an option if I can find one to fit. But does anyone know of a universal manual tilt assist unit?
