Manual, year for Evinrude 15 HP

Where can I find on the internet info for my evinrude motor? <br /><br />I need the year and where I can find a manual. <br />Model: 15504C<br />Serial: E0007404<br />HP 15<br /><br />Also, I am missing a knob (I think) for the slow speed adjustment. Where can I find one?<br /><br />Lastly, when I take my boat to higher elevation lakes, the motor runs poorly. Is this due to air/fuel mixture? How do I fix this?
