What do I need to be able to get the manual download for the Mercury 75 elpto 1B065874 USA built outboard? Even when and if I find that link, it says that I am not authorized to look at it. I have the rough running shake pop at idle. Trying to find the regulator /rectifier.

Found it. Is this a pay per view? Or is my membership enough?

This 75 Mercury is my first Black motor. Came on a pontoon that was the floor plan I was looking for that I purchased. Runs horrible. Need a SM to try troubleshooting.

Use the Boatinfo link that Scott posted above. It's working for the time being.

Look directly under the image of outboard manuals. Theres a thin black line that has a small gray slider at the far left end of it when viewed w my Samsung S8.....

its hard to see, even harder to manipulate, but by zooming in a little, I can use it to navigate thru additional years/models.

Actually it works even better to zoom in and tap the black line about 1/2way across the screen. That makes the slider jump to the position you tap.... then you can guage where to tap left or right of the new slider position to move along to the manual you're looking for

its a java heavy web page, many phones are not java enabled. use the phone to call, and the 'puter for looking at the manual.
