Found my laptop. Printed pages 60 to 64 for the link and sync for my 3 cylinder 75. I can tell by what I looked at on the engine compared to what was in the manual that it is a long ways out. Looks like the roller cam for the advance has been adjusted completely wrong. I have another thread going about a bad regulator /rectifier where I will post my progress. Many thanks to everyone who replied to this post. Should be able to properly time and phase carbs now.
