The OP winter stored his boat at another site.........it wasn't actually at the marina when the original post was made
The low water meant the marina could not open to accept his boat.
Now that the season is half over, with plans already made, the OP decided not to purchase the slip for this year.
Therefore lost money = unhappy marina owner.......
