Marina shed collapse- upper Chesapeake

I read about it on another forum. Happened after the big snowstorm 2 days ago. Georgetown Yacht Basin is on the Sassafras River. http://gybinc.com/
Looks like a real mess.
I guess sometimes it's good NOT to be in a high-end marina.

Ouch!
We had one of the big boatels burn down a few years ago. What a mess.

If insurance is mandatory at our po-dunk boat on trailer marina.....it surely is there.
