Force was what became of Chrysler- Bayliner bought them out.
Mercury has/had a line of O/B's called Mariner. Mercruiser is Mercury Marine's division for their I/O's.
OMC was formerly the holding company for the brands Evinrude and Johnson, which I believe are now owned by Bombardier (ski doo snowmobiles, aircraft engines, etc...)
If you really want some interesting trivia, delve into the world of old outboard brands. There were probably hundreds of them since the early 1900's. Scott-Atwater, Martin, Wards, Sears, McCullough, etc......
