Went out on the water and forgot to bring the drift sock in and gave her gas and couldn't get up on plane... finally realized that the sock was out so pulled it in but when I gave her gas no power. Went back and took the cowling off and the left 3 cylinders were warm but the right 3 were cold... the temp gage never moved off cold. So I'm thinking maybe the switch box for that side is bad... Went to manual and did the stator test. pulled the red blue off the inner, and the red/white blue/white off the inner... did the resistance check and was open on both across the red blue, and red/white blue/white... resistance from red to engine block was 72 ohms. and red/white to engine was 72 ohms. Also there was a red wire attached to the inner switch block to where the red wire was connected. This didn't show up in the manual, was wondering what this wire was for?
