i have a 1989 Mariner 2.5 hp that looks brand new the person i got it from says there is nothing wrong with it and he used it about 6 times and has stored it for years.
I can't get the flywheel to turn with the pull cord. is there some secret lever or another way to turn the engine over before i prep it to start? The owners manual says you can take the recoil rope assembly off with only three bolts. in an emergency but i was hoping there is another way?
