Mariner 90 hp late 80 model tilt trim dead

Hello again..
Now got new problem, tilt n trim on this motor does not work even after new solenoids are in place. Took the unit off and found milky residue in oil. ' water leak. Trying to take unit a part and see what we going to find inside.. here are the photos..
its 3 wire tilt n trim , is it worth the rebuild or should i loook for used one. Thanks

Does the PTT motor run? Is the unit full of fresh ATF fluid?

You can buy new Oring kit for that unit. However, is she leaks at the lowest shaft, connecting the center cylinder to the others, the casting could be too far gone to repair.
