Mariner Powerhead serial number lookup

Hello all, Had someone to show me what he thought was a 1998 Mariner 135 Optimax. When he took the cover off, It wasn't a Optimax, it's just a regular old precision blend block replacing the old powerhead....the powerhead had been swapped. I got the number off the plug on the top of the block, can anyone tell me what year/HP powerhead it is?

0292000 is the number

Did you get the number off a disc like this?

If so, you appear to be missing a letter after the first 0
