Martin 60 carb adjust HELP

Have a Martin 60. Had it looked at by mechanic. Then I got it home on the boat and stupidly had to fiddle with adjustment screws. How do I adjust lean and rich from scratch. BTW there are two of these adjustment screws, one above air hole in carb, one below. Thanks in advance.
