I have a 1979 Bayliner with a 140 in-line four Mercruiser. It won't plane out til I reach 4000 rpms. Is this to high. Also it is difficult to start. I have replaced all the ignition parts. It runs perfect except for this problem. This is my first time here. The small tube from the exaust manifold to the choke is broken. Could this be the problem Thanks
