Maxum drain hole

I just bought a 1989 Maxum 17ft bowrider. The floor has a storage for oars, skis, etc. There is a little drainhole at the rear of the storage compartment. Where does that drain to? There is some water in the storage compartment (I think from rain) that isn't draining very well. I think it may be plugged and want to ramrod it.

It probably is plugged, it should drain down to the bilge and out the drain hole when the plug is out.

It all drains to the back. Because the mid section sits lower than bilge under the motor water tends to collect in the ski locker. I used to lift the front after outing when on the trailer to let the water drain out the back or just pull the plug on the ramp and let it drain (make sure no one is waiting to use the ramp).
