Maybe no spark

I replaced the stator, trigger, fuel pump, spark plugs, fuel filter and when i go to start her she just spins and pours gas out the front of the carb. HELP!!!

O its a 1985 mercury 70 hp 3 cyc

You need to rebuild your carbs. You have either a bad needle and seat, trash in it, or defective float.

Is it extremely dificult to do this or how much for a pro at a marina

Is it pricey to have it done at a marina or is it easy enough for a slightly handy guy

Not rocket science, Cheffy. Just follow the instructions in the factory manual.

If you don't have a manual, get one. Much better investment than replacing stuff that might not need changing.
