My neighbor, who is not an explosives expert, decided to set off some "illegal for PA" fireworks. We were in our back yard setting off the small, legal, ones with buckets of water and hoses around "Just in case." Our Fire Commissioner was there as were others from the fire department. Across the street we see the accident ready to happen and about them the Commish yells, "Incoming!!!!" We watched a mortar rocket pass the corner of one house, almost hit another house, and explode within a few feet of my front door! Then a second one went off towards the house beside me. We felt like we were in the middle of a military zone. Fortunately there was no injury or damage, but we dodged a bullet, or should I say we dodged a rocket!
