No doubt there are many threads here with the info I need but I'm not having any luck finding them. Can someone point me in the right direction with a link? I have also looked at youtube with not much luck.

Ok. I had an issue with the gimbal housing, couldn't figure out how to get it off. Well that is done. I cleaned everything and even replaced the Gimbal Bearing. Now I'm ready to put it back together but am not sure on the order. Do I attach the Bellows and water hose to bell housing side or the boat side first? I do have the bellows tool.

next question, can I use this for the bellows? Or is there another automotive rubber cement that I can use? I don't want to order something.

quicksilver bellows adhesive to the new gimbal side of bellows.it dries very quickly but will give a good seal.bellows has 2 flats which must be to port and starbord.an alignment tool aligns engine to gimbal bearing and there is a knack to this too but dont miss doing this stage before putting the drive on as it can ruin the drive rubber cushion attached to flywheel and then its an engine removal procedure.$30 off ebay US.many videos on you tube for starters on both parts.

I did mine like this.

0) Exhaust bellow onto gimbal housing
1) Main UJ bellows to bell housing
2) Use bell housing to push the UJ bellow on to the gimbal side.
3) install hinge pins
4) use a soft not sharp angled bar or a bent spoon end to prize / pull the exhaust bellow onto the bell housing side and clamp
5) shifter bellows last.

be sure to position the clips so you have access to fasten. A flexible driver is very handy.
