Re: Measuring MEKP

Well...when I'm faced with a large lay up i.e. a deck say 5' x 10' (I know for a PRO that's not a BIG job, but for a DIY'er it is) I usually pour out 4-6 quarts of resin and have the MEKP pre-measured and ready to go, that way all I have to do is dump it and stir for 30-45 seconds and start again. I like planning ahead, especially on Big Jobs. It helps me keep mistakes to a minimum. I'm old and think better when I'm not rushed.;)

There are those 'Special moments' though that happen from time to time :D .

Like I said .. whatever works fastest/better for You is Best.

As soon as you start kickin resin..its GO GO GO Time. You cant work fast enough IMHO.

YD.

Re: Measuring MEKP

it is not unusual to work so hard you are sweating and dripping into the resin at 60 deg f...

the go go go.....is exactly that.....as fast as you can move your arms with out tearing up the csm....no lolly gagging....or you waste the product,,,,and botch the job.
