I have lived in a couple places where an incident like this is not much less than winning the lottery, Calif and Las Vegas. A lot of people see nothing but $$ signs in these places. That's why I can't get any land owners in the rural areas to let me hunt or fish on their land. Not because they want to keep things a secret or to themselves, but because they are affraid of lawsuits. Even when people do something idiotic and hurt themselves, they are sometimes able to turn it around and blame the other guy and get money. My wife works for Allstate as a claims adjuster and some of the stories are truly unbelievable.

Larry, this is what is referred to as both thread hijacking and attempting to make a personal sale in the forums. perhaps you should ask a mod for guidance in this regard.
