I am trying to figure out what year my mercury motor is. The serial number sticker is missing, and i cant seem to find a number on the motor to match up. Does anybody know how to tell the difference between a 1996 and 2000 or newer? I was told it was an 02 when i purchased. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Cody
