Hi Guys....Have a 1977/Electric Start/ 7.5 Merc Outboard/*Canadian 7097207
Question is: On the throttle handle right at the end theres a small knob where it turns fully to the right to loosen and fully to the left tighten...what does that do???? friend says its a throttle idle.... but I dont hear or feel any difference of the motor when its loose or tighten.....any ideas????
any help would be appreciated...thanks
