merc 110 9.8hp

i just got my 9.8 back from the shop, had the exhaust cleared and a new impeller done. i put a fresh tank of gas on it, tossed it in a garbage can o' water and fired it up, and now it stalls out under load.....any ideas?

Turn the low speed jet out 1/8 turn counter clockwise & re-test, and then another 1/8 turn as required.

Its possible your fuel pump is weak, or float setting is low, but try that first.

If you think it is idling too low, adjust your throttle stop accordingly.
