I have a super clean 1962 Aristocraft Funliner, the hull is in superb condition as are all the original controls, seats etc. The problem is that the motor has been neglected and has sat in storage, seized for over 30 years. I have a donor boat with a super low hours, great running 1971 Merc 120 that was replaced with a reman engine only a few years ago and has never seen saltwater. I feel the motor would be better served in the clean vintage Aristocraft vs. the older trihull it's in.
My question is, what will fit and what won't? Do I need to swap the entire package or can I just swap the motor? The block looks the same with some differences in the water hose routing and exaust. The outdrive and mid look the same?

I can't see spending the money to find an original 110 when I already have this motor here. Besides, I am sure even the slight step up in power would be most welcome in the 19' Funliner.
