1995 Merc 115 (4 cylinder inline) won't idle reliably. A little stubborn about starting, but usually fires up after shift bypass throttle is bumped up a little bit. Once it starts, runs great at fast idle, but once it's put in gear falls flat on its face. Attempts to re-start fail unless shift bypass throttle is bumped up again. Choking it only floods it immediately. Once it warms up after a few hard runs, it idles fairly well until it cools off. Won't re-start again unless bulb on fuel line is squeezed a couple of times. Increasing idle speed screw does not help as far as starting, just increases idle at warmer engine temps. Any similar experiences? <br />
