merc 150 exhaust plate

hi im new here i have just brought a 1978 merc 150 v6 and noticed some water behind the coil packs and there is a big hole in the plate does anyone on here know where i can get one from thanks

I dunno if this site sells stuff like that, you can check it out here if you like.

If you don't find anything, try this place; they have parts lookups by HP and Serial #, with real good illustrations and part numbers.

Be sure to get the gaskets that go with, and check the inner cover (if yours is not one-piece assy) for cracks/perforation. Torque the bolts to factory specs and recommend you pick up a manual for your motor.

thanks the inner plate is fine had a look and it says they a discontinued
what about a second hand one anyone got one?

If nobody has one here, you might try on eBay. Lotsa outboard parts all the time...........ed
