the merc 200hp i bartered, for runs good but the cowls all screwd up.the manufacture date is12/13/82 serial# is631374 it is a v6.is it a blackmax, a offshore, or what?

I believe you will have to get that info from a dealer. Double check your serial number. There isn't enough digits.
