I bought a 2004 Merc 25 Hp 2 stroke tiller 1 year old. Used it 2 years without problem. It died last summer fortunatly near the dock. Had the carb cleaned out at Merc shop as it was plugged with 2 cycle oil. What would cause this problem? Also how do use the pull out and turn control, I did not get a user manual with this motor.
