Merc 3.7 OEM Head Gaskets

Just rebuilt a 3.7 with Siera gaskets that are already weeping coolant from the head on the exhaust side. I want to replace with the Mercuriser gasket. Anyone know where I can find the "Real" mercruiser head gasket? I have read that the OEM gasket has beads of sealant to prevent this. True/ False? anybody have any input? Thanks

Part number for the Merc gasket is 27-13709, and yes it has 'beads of sealant'... Still available from Mercury, or an on-line dealer....
