merc. 350 exhaust

i am in the process of removing a 230mr. same as a small block 305. i am replacing it with a 350, my question is. where can i find a resonably priced exhaust manifold? they are both cracked on the existing motor and obviously i can't reuse them.

also i am thinking of putting on after market products on it to spice it up a little. can you subjest any thing that will inhance the motor to give it the most potencial for speed and pulling power.

my boat is a Century 3000BR. 1982
