Merc 4.3 LX Alpha I Lower Unit - Remove

Hello All,

I need to get my lower unit off of my brant boat. I have removed on 5 bolts, 2 on each side, and 1 under the fin. I have pulled and pulled, wiggled, and wiggled. It sill won't come off.

Any advice would be great.

There is an allen screw right above the prop under the anode fin. Sounds like you missed that one.

I got the one under the fin. But still it won't come off.

there are 5 nuts and one allen under the trim tab
