merc 470 flywheel/coupler nuts and washers, what grade and type are they?

i know they're 7/16" fine thread. i'm going with grade 8. the engine project got moved from one garage to another and the nuts and washers (among other things) are lost. are they plain nuts or self lockers? plain washers or lockers, or both?

at a minimum i'm going with grade 8 plain nuts and grade 8 plain flat washers with blue loctite on the threads.
