Merc. 470 tune up problem

Today, I changed plugs, cap, rotor, and points on my boat. I have twin merc 470's. One motor was fine after I did the tune up, the other motor now idles at around 1600 or so. Any ideas?

Are you sure you have the throttle set at idle? Trust me, it happens.
