I am in the process of getting an old girl back on the water. I started to tear her down today to do a real good clean up and replace the internal harness and remove the carbs and fuel system for cleaning and rebuild. I have a manual on the way for this motor. My question is after I removed the started and the coil there was a hose just sitting under the coil not connected to anything. The other end goes out the bottom of the cowl just under the main wiring connector. It almost look like a tel tall for the water pump. The only problem with that is if you look a little further back on the same side you see another hoes that exits the bottow of the cowl which also looks like a tel tale. If you follow the hose it goes around the back of the block and hooks somwhere close to the bottom on the other side. I cant see where it connects but can feel it. Is there 2 tel tale ports on these motors. If so where does the other hook to. HELP!!
