merc 65 bogs down under pressure

I have a merc 65 hp. It starts good ,idles great ,when in nutral revs up good but when I put in gear to go it is slow to get speed and sometimes it bogs down and I have to pull back on gas before it dies. checked gass filter , line , baught new tank,cleaned carbs and now Im stuck!!! I could sure use some help as the fish are waiting thank you in advance
