Merc 7.5 hp 1976 hard to start

Looking for some help !
Merc 7.5 hp hard to start.
Cleaned out carb. all ports and jets seem to be open.
One shot of starter fluid she starts up and runs (A littile rough but it does not stall)
Timing good and compression was 120 after 5 pulls on starter.
Plenty of spark. What did I miss in the carb?

Probably needs better cleaning, removal and soaking in solvent and then replacing vital parts with a new carb kit
