Merc 70hp carb screws which is which ?? pics

79 merc 70hp, plugs are oily and the motor wont take the gas in gear so probably running too rich but you tell me (im no licenced mechanic)

plugs are new and ignition is all new.

onto my question, there is one flat head screw to the right of the carbs if you face them with the plate off. is that the idle screw ? there is one with a flat head and a cicurlar hole to the left, is that the mixture screw ?

which way should i turn them to make this motor open up some more. it idles fine and seems to be running on all 3 cylinders, at wot it opens up sometimes with clean plugs

HELP ME PEOPLE !!!

I cant get it past 4100 rpm or so, ive hit over 5200 before ! the motor cuts out sometimes while driving at half or full it will go durnrwaaaaaaaadnwaaaaaaaa....im thinking some new coils would help too with my tune problem but need help !

tuners !!! a diff coil pack did nothing SAME ! will a 115hp merc of the same era power pack work ? im still sure its in the carb tune after switching coils help !
