Carburetor TK . 3YOF. A . 4F6
Two part question here.
To set the float height what is the height and from where to where is it measured?
Scold me or use me as an example. While cleaning the carburetor I nicked the float
valve seat ever so slightly. Other carbs I have worked on have removable seats so this would not be a big deal. This Carb has a pressed in seat or orifice that does not come out. Or does it? It is not on the parts diagram. So if it does not come out how can I smooth the surface enough that the valve will seat properly. As of now the Carb just floods out as the fuel line from the fuel tank is pumpumped. Fuel comes right up the main nozzle and the primer tube in the Carb throat.

Guilty as charged. On a better note I cut off the green side of a sponge, the rough stuff. Cut a thin piece shoved it in an kept turning either it or the carburetor itself. Smoothed it out real well. Float valve now seats, no more flooding out and engine runs great.
