Merc Alpha4 no longer available. What to replace it with?

What improvements are you looking for and what is important to you? I'll be grateful for my own. I'm new to this business.

I was previously using an Apha4 aluminium 4 blade prop, and it eat a reef (it lost ). When I went back to my spare 3 blade I noticed the boat 'squatted' more on acceleration, and I didn't like that at all.
Having now got a 4 blade SS, I have notice the boat rides a lot softer (than the 3 blade), and no longer squats on acceleration.
