ok, here is the results as promised. got reman carb, was the same as old carb in appearance but that is where the similarity ends. after priming the boat idled wonderfully. I still have a hard to cold start issue however im going to look at the ignition timing and a few other sources.perhaps plugs and wires would help. as for the choke problem and the flooding issue they are gone! the carb works wonderfully and i could not be happier with the price $201 after tax. and the performance of the carb was top notch on the trailer and on the lake.
