first off i wana thank everyone for their input..<br /><br />anesthes im not the old man, he's french canadain and ..cant speak a word of english..<br /><br />the next problem im going to runn into is im sure he is dirt poor.. can we find him 1 used foot dirt cheep..im sure someone has axcess to what he needs.. StarTekh ... im just the guy in the boat that helps a... few people...

What engine and gear ratio do you need I have a 4 cylinder ratio pre alpha in great shape guy died and boat fell apart

I have the makings of a outdrive for a Merc 1 outdrive. It is missing the front drive shaft because I had to use it on my other outdrive to get mine up and running. it as a new water pump in it. It is for a 4 cylinder 120 hp. Same for a 140 hp also. I have a drive shaft that might also work. it was about 2 inches longer than the one I had to use. Each boat could be different. I took it out running fine just alittle play in it.
